Meet Carla Mason
Carla Mason is the sole proprietor and owner of Tasty Fixin’s Catering. Carla take pride in working closely together with her employees to provide a quality service experience for each event catered. Carla and her team have extensive experience taking care of events of all sizes and types — from Sunday brunches to weddings. No matter what you’ve got coming up on the calendar, you can be sure that we’ll help you put on an event to remember. We have catered events for well-known Clergy and gospel singers, judges and Governors. Allowing our customers to look forward to their events without having to bear the responsibility of cooking for and serving their guests.

GUIDELINES AND ADDITIONAL
Menus are priced per person. Menu price does not include serving staff sales tax or gratuity. Serving staff available at an additional charge.
Deposit & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required to confirm or book an order. All orders must be paid in full one week prior to the event. Payments accepted are Cash, credit/debit cards, money orders, cashier checks. No personal checks accepted.
Gratuity is optional, at the discretion of the client for parties of less than 50 people when services are offered, for parties of 50 people or more there will be a 18% gratuity added when services are offered. Gratuities are greatly appreciated by the staff.
A guaranteed minimum guest count is required with your deposit to secure your date. With a three-day notice prior to the event we will be happy to accommodate more guest. Food quantities and prices are based on the number of guest. Client will be charged accordingly for additional guest over the guaranteed guest count given at time of deposit (including musicians, photographers, clergy etc.). Full payment of these additional cost is to be rendered three business days prior to the event.
All monies received will be applied toward any future bookings made within one calendar year from original date booked. After that all monies will be for forfeited.
Client will be charged replacement cost of all missing or damaged linen (including but not limited to stains, holes, snags, candle wax etc.) Client will be charged for damaged or missing décor, silverware, china, glassware or any rental equipment.
